Job Description:

We are growing fast and looking for a Sales Professional to strengthen the position of our sub brands within existing and new clients.

The role entails:

  • Generating new sales within existing and new clients for our media and events business with a focus on developing existing and new products.

  • Build a prospect list by using Linkedin Sales Navigator and other tools to build a pipeline for a specific product portfolio.

  • Responsible for growing our partnerships targeting specific stakeholders.

  • Use our CRM system to capture activities, manage your pipeline and to keep track of product targets aligned with company objectives.

  • Serve as a trusted consultant by consistently bringing creative, solutions-oriented ideas and products that meet the customer's business challenges.

  • Work closely with VP of Sales and Partnership Managers to manage internal revenue expectations and forecasting.

Requirements

You have:

  • 1+ years of proven commercial (B2B) experience, preferably within the media and/or events industry

  • A University degree, BS/BA or equivalent experience

  • Experience managing a complex product portfolio and the ability to target the right stakeholders

  • Proven success in prospecting for new business and moving them into the sales cycle

  • Proven success in negotiating contracts and closing business

  • Strong phone, written communication and online presentation skills

  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of CRM software and an understanding of sales performance metrics

And you are:

  • A self-starter with lots of energy and enthusiasm

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Not afraid to interact with new clients

  • Curious and proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Well organised, hard-working and committed

  • A born networker, able to partner and collaborate across teams

  • Eligible to work in The Netherlands (TNW cannot sponsor visas)
