Job Description:

The Partnership Sales team works with leading national and international companies and brands like Google, PWC, Accenture and many more. We partner with our customers to achieve their objectives, whether that is for brand awareness, to establish thought leadership, to boost innovation or to attract great talent, we are there to help.

The ideal candidate has experience selling to large enterprises and has proven track record of prospecting for new clients as well as the ability to forge strong client relationships. You are a confident communicator with an inquisitive mind and always eager to get in touch with new customers.

 

The role entails:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing partnerships/accounts to achieve long term success.

  • Generating new sales by looking for new partnerships and develop them into strategic partnerships.

  • Use our CRM system to capture activities, manage your pipeline and to keep track of account targets aligned with company objectives.

  • Uncover partners needs at all levels and across departments and understand their business objectives.

  • Serve as a trusted consultant by consistently bringing them creative, solutions-oriented ideas and products that meet their business challenges.

  • Work closely with the Campaign Management team and other internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Work closely with VP of Sales to manage internal revenue expectations and forecasting.

 

Requirements

You have:

  • 2+ years of proven commercial (B2B) experience, preferably within the media and/or events industry

  • A University degree, BS/BA or equivalent experience

  • Experience managing a complex product portfolio and the ability to prioritise based on the client's objectives/needs

  • Proven success in prospecting for new business and grow clients into strategic partners by utilising value based and consultative selling techniques.

  • Proven success in negotiating contracts and closing business

  • Strong phone, written communication and online presentation skills

  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of CRM software and an understanding of sales performance metrics

 And you are:

  • A self-starter with lots of energy and enthusiasm

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Not afraid to interact with your clients

  • Curious and proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Well organised, hard-working and committed

  • A born networker, able to partner and collaborate across teams

  • Eligible to work in The Netherlands (TNW cannot sponsor visas)
