Job Description:

As the Head of Growth, you will boost TNW’s current product portfolio, including Europe’s leading tech conference and media platform together with our potential SaaS products. You will optimize all marketing channel efforts to increase ROI and minimize costs. As the Head of Growth, you will optimize our media spend, website conversion, email, and content creation. You will lead a cross-domain team that is at the intersection of driving revenue success, creating innovation through a testing environment, and supporting larger company initiatives. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work with business development, brand marketing, event, and product teams to develop growth strategies to drive new user acquisition and meet business KPIs, across a variety of digital channels.

  • Build a performance marketing team from the ground up – covering media strategy, performance and conversion optimization.

  • Manage performance marketing budgets, including setting budget spend priorities and performance KPIs.

  • Manage experimentation across all channels as well as landing pages

  • Create a business environment where experimentation is encouraged

  • Share data-driven insights with different business units, to produce engaging and effective campaigns on our paid channels that either grow our audience or help increase conversion. Create better offerings.

  • Track, measure, extract, and convert data into insights and communicate results in order to help improve the user experience every day.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a performance marketing role, ideally at an established agency

  • 2-3 years experience building and leading campaigns, delivering growth.

  • Can-do mentality, strong personality, able to drive change across all levels of the organization

  • Fluent spoken and written English is required, Dutch is a bonus.

  • Experience in a multinational team setting

  • End-to-end experience of the growth processes from planning all the way to execution
