Job Description:

 

We are looking for a driven Social Media and Content Manager to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

    reate editorial calendars and syndication schedules

  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, marketing, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

CONTENT

  • Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site

  • Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs and

  • Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms

  • Edit content produced by other members of the team

  • Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed

  • Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas

 

Requirements

 

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven working experience of >3 years in social media marketing and content writing

  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

  • The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
