The TNW Events Team is the main driving force behind all events organized by TNW including Europe's leading tech conference - TNW Conference.
Our conference attendees are priceless and one of our key success factor. Therefore, we're looking for a Jr. Customer Success Executive to join our Events Team in managing customer relationships and improving our customer lifecycle.Why it's a great opportunity
This role gives you the opportunity to work for one of the coolest tech companies and learn the ins and outs of organising TNW Conference, as well as other events organized by TNW.
You’ll act as the main liaison for our events' attendees and you’ll be responsible for advocating their needs across departments whilst ensuring that their questions are answered and issues solved.
You will own relationships with attendees and continuously improve our relationships with them. You’ll increase conversion and ensure satisfaction.
What would you do
Advocate customer needs across departments.
Solve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Be able to identify and approach warm, and hot leads on a case-by-case basis, in order to convince them to convert.
Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
Support the customers and making sure that their needs and expectations are met by managing our conference inbox, live chat, FAQ section etc.
Manage onsite badge pick-up and attendees’ check-in

Requirements
You have
Bachelor or Master degree in communications, marketing, business or hotel management is a plus.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar customer support role.
Experience using communication tools such as Slack, live chat tools such as Intercom, Front App and other CRM tools is a plus.
You are
Patient, empathetic, problem-solving oriented and able to work independently.
Detail oriented, analytical, and capable when it comes to using technology to solve problems.
Eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good use.
Wanting to help and serve our customers: They win, so you win.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Dutch is a plus but not a must.
Located in/around Amsterdam.
Ideally available to start in November 2019.
