Job Description:
1. Build and promote company culture and values to local employees in the Singapore office. 2. Build and localize company culture in Singapore on a regular basis and propose solutions to support the office. 3. Collaborate with HRBPs and local Admin team to plan, promote and execute company events. 4. Cooperate with other organizational culture POCs to identify and deliver company initiatives on a continent and global level. 5. Assist regional POCs in planning for and managing culture elements for office. 6. Build and maintain enterprise employer brand and marketing campaigns from conception to implementation. 7. Define measurements for success and assess the effectiveness of campaigns. 8. Lead talent market employee research to gain insight into the talent market and lead local change. 9. Provide a localized view of the global employer branding team for future global planning.
Requirements
1. High level of communication skills with stakeholders across various teams and products. 2. Expertise in leading multi-functional project teams and strong project management experience. 3. Skilled in integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, content management, brand strategy and social media, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. 4. Experience in crafting compelling targeted marketing messaging (copywriting of social, blogs, etc.). 5. Highly proficient in English, any other Asian languages a plus. 6. Ability to travel as required. 7. Able to navigate ambiguity and take charge.
