Job Description:

Expand category assortment through partnerships and relationship with distributors & Brands for Digital Goods category Focus on big Brand in F&B, Travel & tours, Entertainment & activities……) & new potential business. Identify, prioritize, contact new target accounts and establish a competitive partnership arrangement with them. Collaborate with internal team (Legal, finance, Seller Support team, technical…) to support new Brands/ Partners onboarding. Manage key accounts – own, develop and manage top accounts and ensure the team develops a mutually beneficial partnership to grow market share, including driving creative marketing / promotional initiatives to increase orders Understand the industry and its developments – very good knowledge of the advantage & disadvantage of competitor models, market trends & landscape, rate structure, customer trends Analyzing customer demand to build strategy for brand hunting Analyzing seller performance date by date to have strategy to improve Analyzing Data to measure category performance & improve Develop innovative, cross-industry business and commercial models to unlock new opportunities Managing pricing competitiveness, assortment of key sellers in the category Follow up collaborative partnership, take care & develop partner relationships

Requirements

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have: • 3+ years in Business development, Account Management in E-commerce, Internet Company, Travel & Hospitality, F&B, Entertainment • Has solid experience in negotiation with third-party from various industries • Have excellent cognitive and analytical skills, passion to get things done, critical-thinking and growth-mindset • Commercial focus, results-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills • A strong drive to make things happen and ability to influence • Bachelor’s degree in business/economics/computer science or related fields • Strong connection & network in Hospitality, F&B, Entertainment is plus • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment • Characteristic: active, love to learn new thing, self-motivation, responsibility. • Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Macros) and PowerPoint • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
